CERN Knowledge Transfer group is hosting an Entrepreneur Mixer, an event dedicated to building bridges between CERN innovative entrepreneurs. This will be a unique opportunity to discover business projects initiated by former CERN people, and to see how CERN technology is being exploited by start-up companies.
You will notice that the skills and experiences needed to launch and run a high-tech start-up are very similar to what you do and develop at CERN. In order to participate you have to register. During the registration you have to provide three skills that you have to offer to society (Gives) and three things you are want to achieve in the future (Takes). When you arrive at the event, you will receive an adhesive card with your name and contact information, along with your gives and takes.
We would like to encourage you to use these cards as conversation-starters after the presentations are done as we move on to mingling over some snacks and drinks. You may discover some new ventures that you want engage into together.
