Organic electronics development has been made possible thanks to the different studies carried out on Organic Semi-Conductors (OSC) stability and also on the charge transport in these materials. From material to electronic device, organic semi-conductors have shown a lot of interests because of the alternative they offer in industrial and research fields. But devices from OSC are very difficult to make because of their physico-chemical structure.
In this talk, I will give a brief overview on OSC and organic electronics, and then I will present fundamentals of charge carriers and charge transport in OSC. Then, I will present some results on technological solution process influence in organic field effect transistors based TIPS-pentacene and PBTTT.
