Join us on 6 October for a new lunch & learn conference in the series “A healthy mind for a calmer future”. In this session, entitled “Burnout: aware today, sustainable tomorrow”, we will dive into the theme of burnout, a state of emotional, mental and often physical exhaustion brought on by prolonged or repeated stress. Emma Richardson, an FSP-certified psychologist from Possibility Coaching, will give a talk entitled “Burnout is not (only) exhaustion: what we miss when we reduce it to stress”, and a CERN colleague will share a personal account of their experience and journey to recovery. A light lunch will be provided during the session.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about burnout, how to recognise it, and how to prevent it from affecting your work and life.
