The peace particle
New documentary on the history and future of CERN
Made to mark CERN’s seventieth anniversary, The peace particle is a documentary written and directed by Alex Kiehl, which combines poetry, music and rare archival footage, with special access to the Large Hadron Collider, to reveal how CERN emerged from the ashes of war and continues to promote peace through science, now and in the future.

Réalisé à l'occasion du soixante-dixième anniversaire du CERN, The peace particle, documentaire écrit et réalisé par Alex Kiehl, combine poésie, musique et images d'archives rares, ainsi qu'un accès privilégié au LHC (Grand collisionneur de hadrons), montrant ainsi comment le CERN est né des ruines de la guerre et continue de promouvoir la paix à travers la science, aujourd'hui et demain.
