CERN has launched a new careers website – careers.cern – with a fresh design and an improved interface for a more intuitive user experience. The new platform reflects a more modern, candidate-centric approach to recruitment.

Among the new functionalities, the tool “Find your Path” helps candidates – especially those less familiar with CERN – to navigate directly to the jobs and programmes that best suit them.

Job vacancy filtering has also been enhanced, with a new system to make it easier to browse vacancies by field of work, experience level or profile. Potential applicants can now set up customised job alerts, helping them to stay informed about relevant opportunities. They are supported and guided throughout the application process, thanks to new information pages.

CERN Talent Community is now more visible, with tailored registration paths for different fields and areas of interest.

This new website has been developed by the CERN Human Resources department, with the support of the Finance and Administrative Processes, International Relations and Information Technology departments.
