Currently, Restaurant 1 is the only open restaurant on the CERN sites. Self-service remains available, but a distribution system has been organised: you can order your meal the day before, before 3 p.m. and collect it the next day from 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m at the Grab 'n' Go kiosk; after 1.30 p.m., the distribution point is the self-service section of R1.

Salads and daily specials are served in ReCircle boxes. These boxes are distributed in exchange for a deposit of CHF 10. They can be returned for reimbursement or exchanged at any Novae restaurant.
