Since there are so few parking spaces around Building 55 and so many people coming to consult the services inside, parking in the car park next to entrance B of the CERN site is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes. The car park is also reserved for people visiting Buildings 55 and 33.

As the signs indicate, a parking disc should be displayed in the front windscreen of vehicles parked there. Regular patrols are made by the Security service and, if the rules are not followed, offenders may be reported to the police and fined.
