Don’t miss the chance to see CERN in the Eurovision Song Contest this year! Switzerland is hosting the Contest this year and each artist has filmed a short “postcard” video in an iconic Swiss location.

Watch the second semi-final on Thursday, 15 May at 9 p.m. CEST and look out for the artist representing Ireland: EMMY. Back in February, CERN welcomed EMMY, who visited and filmed in CERN Science Gateway, the CERN Control Centre and underground at the ATLAS experiment. The short video clip will be shown just before her performance.

With Ireland set to become an Associate Member State of CERN, if the country’s entry receives enough votes in the semi-final, CERN will also feature in the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final on Saturday, 17 May 2025.
