From 1 October 2025, the UNIQA office will be located back in the Main Building in the newly refurbished CERN Community Support Centre (CCSC).

Due to the move, the UNIQA office will be exceptionally closed on Tuesday 30 September. The UNIQA team will still be reachable by email and phone.

Alongside the UNIQA office, there will be other internal services for the CERN community.

However, please note that UNIQA opening hours will remain the same:

Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.

A UNIQA letterbox will be reinstated in the Main Building, and the one located on the ground floor of building 33 – CERN Community Support Centre (CCSC) will remain available. It is also possible to send documents to UNIQA via the myUNIQA app or by internal mail.
