As of 6 July 2020, people who have been staying in a high-risk country or area (see list here) in the 14 days prior to their arrival in Switzerland are required:
- to go, immediately following their arrival in Switzerland, to their home or other suitable accommodation and to remain there permanently for 10 days (quarantine);
- to follow the quarantine recommendations;
- to declare their arrival in Switzerland to the competent cantonal authorities within two days and to follow their instructions.
