This Institute aims to bring together researchers working at the interface of quantum chaos, non-equilibrium dynamics, and thermalization phenomena, bridging ideas from high-energy theory, condensed matter, and quantum information. The program will explore connections between quantum scars, random matrix theory, and emergent thermal behavior in many-body systems. Particular emphasis will be placed on recent theoretical and experimental progress, including insights from quantum simulators.
