Please note that the office of UNIQA, the third-party administrator for the CERN Health Insurance Scheme (CHIS), in CERN’s main building will be closed during the two-week end-of-year closure.

During that period, UNIQA offices in Geneva will remain open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (4 p.m. on 24 and 30 December 2024). They will be closed on Wednesday 25 December, Tuesday 31 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025. During open periods you can also reach UNIQA by telephone on 022 718 63 00.
