Zoom

The topic:

During this micro-talk, our expert will introduce you to critical thinking techniques that will help you at participating constructively in debates and shaping contentious decisions.
You will be exposed to basic methods, grounded in formal argument theory, for identifying and scrutinizing hidden assumptions both in your own and in others' thinking.
By learning how to make your reasoning more transparent and to challenge assumptions, you will be able to turn polarized or circular discussions with team co-members, managers and key stakeholders into productive disagreements, driving better decision-making.
