Storytelling, or the fine art of getting to the heart of the matter, is essential in communication.
It transforms raw data into relatable narratives, and makes messages more memorable, engaging, and persuasive.
Good stories build trust, foster empathy, and connect people to shared purposes. They simplify complex ideas and inspire action far better than facts alone.
Storytelling can bridge cultural gaps, helping individuals from diverse backgrounds find common ground, build rapport and understand each other’s perspectives better.
In this talk, we will look at the how and the why of effective storytelling, exploring ways to incorporate narrative techniques in various communication challenges and opportunities, enhancing engagement, impact and influence.
This micro-talk will be held in English, on Zoom.
