I discuss conformal field theories with moduli spaces of vacua, and attempt to find constraints on the CFT data of such theories from first principles. First I consider the case where a continuous global symmetry is broken along the moduli space, and find that this constrains CFT data in a universal way. I then consider the most general setup without additional symmetry assumptions, and study a bootstrap equation which relates CFT data to the massive spectrum on the moduli space. As a proof of concept, I apply this bootstrap equation to a particular example and show how these relations hold. Based on work with G. Cuomo and L. Rastelli. (Virtual talk)
