The Sphaleron Rate of strong interactions is a key phenomenological quantity both in the context of axion Dark Mattery cosmology, and in Quark-Gluon Plasma physics in relation with the Chiral Magnetic Effect. Non-perturbative determinations of this quantity in Quantum Chromo-Dynamics (QCD) via numerical Monte Carlo simulations of the lattice-discretized theory are notoriously difficult, as they require the resolution of an ill-conditioned inverse problem. I will present a novel non-perturbative method to determine this quantiy in Lattice QCD, and I will present the first non-perturbative determination of the QCD Sphaleron Rate.
