Time to Choose: Mastering What Matters in a Distracted World

Where:

The topic:

We all have 4,000 weeks—that’s the average lifespan in weeks.

How you spend yours defines not just your productivity, but your purpose. In a world overflowing with demands, distractions, and endless to-do lists, success isn’t about doing more, it’s about choosing wisely. This session is for anyone who wants to reclaim control over their time, focus, and energy.

You’ll discover why multitasking is a myth, how the Red Queen Effect traps us in a cycle of busyness without progress, and how to break free. Inspired by Neo in The Matrix, you’ll learn to slow down to see the bigger picture—so you can act with clarity and intention. We’ll also explore the power of outliers: how diverse perspectives and hidden assumptions shape our decisions. Whether you’re leading a team, building a career, or simply trying to live more intentionally, the question isn’t can you do it all, it’s should you?

The clock is ticking. What will you choose?

This talk will be held in English.
