The training takes place in a supervised area, which means no access for pregnant individuals (and children below 16). Eating and drinking is prohibited.
Additionally, you need to wear closed shoes without heels and no big backpacks or other luggage. You can find all the information about safety & accessibility here: https://guides.web.cern.ch/node/770. If you have safety shoes and helmet, please bring them with you.
The Neutrino Platform is at the end of EHN1, meaning building 887, Lausanne side (a bit further after the BBQ area). On CERN Map you can look for 887/1-205. If having trouble finding the location, see the map and instructions available at the link above, under 'Access and safety'.
The session will last one hour, with possibility to stay and ask questions afterwards. Should you not be able to join, please cancel your participation or inform us as soon as possible.
If the training is already fully booked and you need the training soon, you can send an email to guides.manager@cern.ch to ask if you could still join. Please don't just show up without confirmation.
