New online EDH form will improve ticket handling and user experience


A new online form to report a technical issue in an EDH document or to submit a request (for information, access, a change, etc.) is now available. You can already use it by clicking the link at the bottom of any EDH document or screen (look out for “Create a ticket here”).

When filling in the form, please make sure you select the correct option (choosing the appropriate category will speed up ticket processing) and provide detailed and accurate information (so your query is handled effectively). The built-in routing will ensure that your ticket is assigned directly to the right service – the service most likely to give you the answer you need.

From now on, EDH-related questions should be submitted using this new form rather than by e-mail.

The updated form is the result of joint efforts by the Business Computing group (FAP-BC) and the different services involved in the business processes supported by EDH documents. They worked together to redistribute the responsibility for EDH support with the aim of speeding up and improving the quality of EDH ticket handling.
