Stress is a natural part of life, but when it starts affecting your sleep, concentration or energy levels, it’s time to take action. Whether you’re facing a fast-paced work environment, growing responsibilities or personal challenges, managing stress effectively is key to maintaining well-being and performance.

To help you to better understand and manage stress, CERN’s Medical Service is launching a Stress Check-up programme with three practical components:

  1. Group Stress Check-up workshops – A 1.5-hour interactive session combining awareness and practical tools to help you to identify stress triggers, understand their impact and discover a simple and effective strategy to manage stress.
Sign up now (max. 12 participants):
  2. Individual Stress Check-up assessments – An individual, personalised assessment, in complete confidentiality, designed to measure your stress and energy levels on a physiological level and provide tailored recommendations for better stress management.

  3. For supervisors: on-site prevention actions – Every team is unique: we can provide tailored sessions designed to help each team member to acquire the concrete tools they need to identify, understand and reduce stress and conserve their energy.

Take action for your well-being! Equip yourself with effective strategies to reduce stress and improve resilience: join us for a group workshop or contact us at infirmary-service@cern.ch to arrange an individual check-up or a team session.
