The new online booking tool includes the usual services such as flight, car rental and train booking as well as a new solution for accommodation. Travellers will now be able to book and manage their hotel reservations online. Hotels booked in Egencia will be pre-paid by CERN.

A welcome e-mail was sent to all travellers on 2 January. Travellers are encouraged to log in and complete their profiles whether they plan on booking themselves or through their travel arrangers.

Training sessions are available for all members of the personnel; you can find them on Indico. Departmental travel managers can be contacted for more information on these sessions.

Members of the personnel shall use Egencia to book their future duty travels.
