Workshop for the 22@Network Barcelona

Where:

3179/R-E06 at CERN

Planning for the unknown

This is an exclusive program offered by 22@Network Barcelona in association with wonnd agency at IdeaSquare, the innovation space at CERN.

What will the future bring? How do we accelerate innovation and switch uncertainty into opportunities? We will convert this challenging context into a framework for generating long-term vision and anticipating scenarios.

The objective of this 2-day immersion workshop is to explore and experiment with new ways of thinking, to have a glimpse into the future, learn how to think the unthinkable, and start creating a mindset that opens doors to new ways of working.

During this program, participants will learn directly from the brilliant minds at CERN how to manage uncertainty and long term innovation to succeed in company's challenges. The activities will revolve on methods that encourage disruption, collaboration and allow the development of new technologies, solutions, and ideas.

You will gain a systemic understanding of at least four fundamental pillars:

  • Collaborative culture and methodology
  • Disruptive Innovation
  • Manage and absorb uncertainty
  • Large scale thinking
