CERN artist in residence to give public lecture

The 2013 Collide @ CERN season continues!

We would like to let you know about our latest event with the latest Collide @ CERN artist in residence, the winner of the Collide @ CERN Geneva award, documentary filmmaker Jan Peters.

We are delighted to invite you to join us at the CERN Globe of Science and Innovation on 16 October for Jan Peters' first public lecture as winner of Collide @ CERN Geneva 2013 which begins at 7pm. Doors open at 6.30pm.

Jan Peters and his CERN inspiration partner, ATLAS engineer Neal Hartman, will present their individual work in art and particle physics. Their individual presentations will be followed by a discussion, refreshments will be served afterwards and there will be the opportunity to meet both the artist and the scientist.
